Zelenskyy said Ukrainian long-range strikes over the preceding 24 hours reached facilities supporting Russia’s military in Samara region and positions of Iskander operators in Bryansk region. He also reported a Shahed hitting Kyiv’s Pivnichnyi Bridge that morning, overnight Russian attacks on homes, railways and energy infrastructure in several regions, and a drone striking a vessel in Chornomorsk. He mentioned new Black Sea results without specifying them. Ukrinform relayed the statement and DefenceU repeated it. The word “sanctions” describes military strikes here. The unidentified Chornomorsk vessel is not established as the Liberian freighter in another report; no casualty tally is transferred between them.
