President Zelenskyy said he met new Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi and acting Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara to update priority long-range strike targets inside Russia based on impact on Moscow’s ability to continue the war.
NV English and Zelenskyy’s public readout on 26 July 2026 said Ukrainian drones can already reach the Urals, Siberia and other far regions, with strike range claimed above 3,000 km. The meeting refreshed the target list rather than announcing a single new kinetic package. Separate same-week deep strikes (Tyumen, Engels, Kirov) are tracked in their own records.
