Suspilne, citing the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, reported that on the night of 9–10 October 2026 Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv's industrial and civilian infrastructure with Shahed drones, damaging windows of an apartment building, shops, offices and an administrative building, with no new casualties reported. Ukrinform later specified that administrative buildings of Ukraine's State Tax Service in Mykolaiv were damaged in the Russian attack.
