On Tuesday 22 Sep 2026, OSINT monitors posted footage of Royal Saudi Air Force airstrikes on Al-Wazi'iyah in Taiz governorate (Osint613 ~12:32Z, native 1320×1514) and said Yemen's Southern Giants Forces credited their Falcons drone unit with strikes on Houthi vehicles and fighters around Al-Waziyah and Kahboub near the Bab al-Mandab Strait (Osint613 ~12:51Z; Clash Report ~12:25Z). Distinct from Tuesday's Mokha civilian-casualty claim already live (evt_9b86273f). Unverified OSINT/claimed BDA; AlmasirahEN feed failed this pass. Catalog has no southern-giants actor — RSAF/Saudi framed as initiator with Houthis affected; Southern Giants Falcons claim kept in copy/claims.

Why it matters

Named-site Red Sea kinetic package (RSAF + Falcons drone claim) near Bab al-Mandab — ≠ Mokha evt_9b86273f; prefer unverified over gap; district-scale pin only.
