On 16 September 2026, WAFA (Hebron) reported that armed Israeli settlers from Havat Ma'on, under IDF protection, set fire to the dwelling of Ibrahim Muhammad Abu Aram and an agricultural room belonging to Khalil Shahda Rubai in the Sha'b area of at-Tuwani village in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and painted racist slogans on house walls; anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA. This expands an earlier QudsNen report (~23:48Z 15 Sep) of settler militias setting fire to a Palestinian agricultural structure in Masafer Yatta with native video (846×478 MP4). Distinct from LIVE Burqa settler torch evt_b0bae382 and from Yatta helicopter raid evt_57ac9088 (including Wadi al-Rakhim cable burn). Catalog has no palestine actor — initiator-only participant.
Why it matters

No IDF contradiction in-window. Distinct from Burqa evt_b0bae382 and Yatta raid evt_57ac9088.
