On 28 Sep 2026, Al-Thawra reported Saudi aircraft carried out two airstrikes on the border district of Al-Dhaher (الظاهر) in Saada and artillery fire on populated villages in the northern parts of Razih district. Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni (Sana'a media relay) described intensive missile and artillery strikes on Al-Dhaher neighborhoods plus intensified artillery toward northern Razih villages, with property and farm damage; the same piece also notes Qatabir/Al Thabit fire already covered separately. Pressbee/SABA NET framed the day as Saudi forces targeting Al-Dhaher and Razih districts. Distinct from LIVE evt_5c85eb3c (YPA east-Saada 4 missiles + Al Thabet Qatabir only) and from prior Razih evt_8a07c94b (24 Sep Al-Hajla).

Why it matters

Completes the 28 Sep Saada border day left incomplete by catch-up B's YPA-only east-Saada/Qatabir event — adds Al-Dhaher and north-Razih loci from SABA-family wires.
