On 4 October, Anadolu, citing medical sources, said Israeli shelling near the Engineers Syndicate headquarters in northwest Gaza City injured five people, including one critically. Earlier posts by Al-Masirah and Quds News Network reported injuries among a group near the same reference point, describing aircraft and giving no count.
