On the evening of 13 October, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said Rivne rescuers had finished clearing rubble and collapsed structures after the falling Russian UAV debris and that 30 people were known to have been injured; SESU psychologists assisted the injured and others at the scene. Distinct from the 12 October evening Rivne non-residential building strike with no injuries (evt_794b5ed9).
