A Russian drone hit a transport infrastructure facility in Kyiv's Solomianskyi district late on 20 October 2026, causing a fire, Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko said; emergency services were at the site. Earlier the same night the Kyiv City Military Administration said a drone fell on non-residential ground in Solomianskyi district and debris fell on open ground in Sviatoshynskyi district, with no casualties reported according to preliminary information. The facility was not named. This late-night attack is separate from the earlier evening hits on a warehouse and a garage cooperative (evt_45312d84) and from the daytime attacks on the city; the mayor's day total of 21 injured and one killed in Kyiv is not attributed to these hits. No Russian Defence Ministry statement on the incident was read.
