Vitali Klitschko, mayor of Kyiv, outlined proposals for an additional UAH 1 billion for Ukraine’s security and defence forces and UAH 1 billion for combined river crossings over the Dnipro and their access roads. He also proposed UAH 350 million for 3.5 million litres of diesel for the city reserve. He said the council still had to approve the allocations.
