Dnipropetrovsk governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported on the afternoon of 23 October that a Russian attack on Dnipro destroyed a private house and damaged at least five other homes. Rescuers later pulled the body of a dead person from the rubble. Five people injured in the attack on the suburbs were in hospital, including a 26-year-old man in extremely serious condition.
