Ukraine's General Staff previously reported hitting the Samara Linear Production Dispatching Station near Prosvet. On 11 October, War Translated and NOEL Reports said the Samara oil pumping / LPDS facility was struck again (the fourth time in October after strikes on 2, 7 and 10 October), with assessment that 100% of the RVSPK-50000 tank farm and about 40% of the RVS-20000 tank farm were damaged or destroyed. Earlier the same day they reported fire still burning after the overnight hit.
