On Thursday, 22 October, WAFA reported two Palestinians killed by Israeli gunfire in Jabalia camp and shelling west of Khan Younis, citing medical sources. The Palestine Chronicle separately reported three Palestinians killed that day, including a girl, with deaths attributed to Israeli fire and drone strikes across Jabaliya, Gaza City and Khan Yunis, and a family of four injured by artillery at a school. Drop Site later reported four Palestinians killed and 20 wounded across 30 attacks, citing a daily violations report it says it obtained from the Palestinian side for ceasefire mediators; the post does not link the report itself. These accounts overlap in date and area; their counts are not additive, and the differences remain unreconciled.

Verification: Disputed

Evidence: Two Palestinians, including a girl, killed by Israeli gunfire and shelling in Jabalia camp and west of Khan Younis, Israeli attacks killed three Palestinians in Gaza; family wounded at school, Drop Site reports Gaza deaths and injuries on 22 October from mediator report

The casualty accounts conflict and are not additive. Drop Site’s later 4-killed/20-wounded tally is attributed to a mediator report it says it obtained; that underlying report is not linked or independently accessible here.
