On the evening of 14 September 2026 (~20:00), Russian forces struck Izium in Kharkiv Oblast with MLRS/RSZO fire, killing a 26-year-old man and injuring 10 people including four children (a 17-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy, and a 1-year-8-month toddler), the Kharkiv oblast prosecutor’s office said as carried by Fakty and 057.ua. A related same-evening ~21:50 KAB package damaged at least nine private homes and injured one additional man plus an 81-year-old woman with acute stress — related night package, not a replacement for the RSZO toll. Do not fold Tuesday 15 September morning Synehubov “11 injured” KAB mass-strike reporting into this evening event (that is a separate morning wave). Earlier LIVE Syniehubov evening line of 0K/4inj (3 teens) is superseded by the prosecutor evening RSZO package.

Why it matters

Prosecutor evening RSZO toll of 1 killed and 10 injured (4 children) upgrades the Izium evening civilian casualty picture while keeping the Tuesday morning KAB wave as a separate event.

PROBABLE evening ~20:00 RSZO 1K/10inj (4 children) via Kharkiv oblast prosecutor as carried by Fakty/057.ua. Earlier Syniehubov 0K/4inj evening line superseded for this event. Do NOT use Synehubov Tuesday afternoon/morning 11-injured KAB tally as this event’s toll. City-level pin kept.
