Overnight into the morning of 28 Sep 2026, Russian air-launched munitions struck Kharkiv's Saltivskyi and Kyivskyi districts (RBC first ~01:46Z; Suspilne, Interfax, Mezha, UP, LB). In Saltivskyi a multi-story residential hit destroyed floors between the 3rd and 4th.
