Clash Report says Ukrainian defense technology adviser Serhii Beskrestnov reported that Russia used a jet-powered drone carrying a new payload called KRSN for the first time on 30 September. He describes a 40-kilogram main charge and four additional strike modules, and calls it a cumulative-cutting charge meant to cut through steel. The reported targets are high-voltage transmission towers and steel bridge structures. He says Russia could use the drones against Ukraine's most important high-voltage lines. The post does not cite his own statement, name where the 30 September use occurred, or independently confirm the warhead.
