WAFA reported on 13 October 2026 that Israeli forces stormed the courtyard of the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, deployed snipers at entrances and blocked access, while also raiding central Ramallah (Legislative Council Roundabout), Al-Bireh, Al-Tireh and Sarda. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said a 14-year-old was shot in the upper thigh with live ammunition and a young man was seriously wounded; journalist Firas Lutfi (Sky News Arabia) was hit by a tear-gas canister. Forces also raided Al-Haq/Addameer premises and seized equipment.
