On the morning of 10 September 2026 Russian forces struck the Oleina oil-extraction plant (Bunge) at 46 Kniazia Yaroslava Mudroho Street in central Dnipro twice with Banderol-type drones, killing two people and injuring five, according to Ukrinform citing regional authorities and Mayor Borys Filatov. Filatov identified the U.S.-owned Bunge facility and said it had been hit before. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said at least two were killed and the plant was seriously damaged. Bunge said none of its employees were injured.
