Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov said that over the past day Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 14 settlements, killing five and injuring 15 region-wide. In Balakliia, men aged 60, 55 and 74 and a 71-year-old woman were killed, and three women aged 56, 58 and 80 were injured; two houses were damaged.
