Rivne Oblast governor Oleksandr Koval said the regional capital, Rivne, came under Russian attack on the evening of 12 October 2026 and that a non-residential building was damaged, Ukrinform reported. According to preliminary information no one was injured. The building and weapon type were not identified, so the pin is city-level. Separate from the strikes on Sarny district the same evening.
