Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported in a series of posts on 23 October that Defence Ministry air defences had destroyed drones flying toward Moscow, with emergency crews working where debris fell. All four Moscow airports — Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky — temporarily halted arrivals and departures under Rosaviatsia restrictions, Euronews reports, and Sheremetyevo moved passengers to sheltered areas during an air-raid alert. No casualties were reported.

Verification: Probable

Sobyanin’s posts and the Rosaviatsia restrictions relayed by Euronews are official Russian accounts; neither gives the interception sites.
