The Kyiv Independent relayed a 28 July 2026 General Staff claim of a successful strike on a large fuel depot deep inside Russia. Independent satellite or local confirmation of damage was not established in the open sources used at package time. This is a Ukrainian deep-strike logistics claim, separate from the same day’s Russian multi-site attacks on Ukraine.
