The Palestinian news agency Safa, citing the Jerusalem Governorate, reported that Israeli forces accompanied by Civil Administration crews entered the Bir al-Maskub Bedouin community east of Jerusalem on Tuesday and demolished four residential structures, solar panels, rooms and toilets, and served demolition notices on five more structures. On 5 November the Palestinian Foreign Ministry, in a statement reported by WAFA, condemned the demolition of about half of the community’s structures, which it said lies in the area of the E1 settlement plan.
