Russian attack drones flew towards and over Lviv early on 13 October 2026. Mayor Andriy Sadovyi warned at about 05:10 local that an enemy drone was heading for the city, then reported another Shahed over the city and said air defence was working. Lviv Oblast governor Maksym Kozytskyi said the city was at high danger with air defences active; Suspilne correspondents heard an explosion. Ukraine's Air Force had reported a jet-powered drone heading towards Peremyshliany in Lviv Oblast. The all-clear was given at 05:21 local. Kozytskyi initially said a downed enemy drone fell on a residential house in Murovane in Lviv district during the alert, setting two houses on fire and damaging three cars, with no information about casualties; residents told Suspilne they were unhurt. Ukrinform later cited the Lviv Regional Military Administration saying air defence shot down both jet-powered drones attacking the region and that the crash in Murovane damaged nine residential buildings (two with significant fire damage, seven with varying damage), burned three cars and damaged two others, with no people injured.
