Zelenskyy says security guarantees must spell out the response to another Russian attack

In excerpts from an interview with the United News telethon, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said discussions in Brussels with EU, NATO and US representatives must define who would respond to another Russian attack, with what means and when. He linked that work to talks in the Emirates on 10–11 November. He also called for Latin American diplomatic support for a just peace and for work to secure US aid, including $16 billion he said had been halted under earlier decisions.
