On the morning of 13 September 2026 Russian forces struck Odesa again. Local outlet Pivdennyi Kurier, citing city photos, said upper floors of the Manhattan (ЖК Манхеттен) residential complex near Heroiv Trybuny Square (formerly Tolbukhina) were damaged; authorities also reported damaged private homes, warehouses, a children’s health resort, two educational sites, and a fire at the Botanical Garden. Odesa City Military Administration head Serhii Lysak raised the injured count through the morning to 20, including a boy born in 2010 and a girl born in 2017. Reuters earlier carried Lysak’s five-injured figure. Distinct from the 12 September 25-storey Kadorr apartment strike.
