Lviv governor Maksym Kozytskyi said a Russian drone struck an energy infrastructure facility in Lviv district on 23 October, during an air alert between 11:56 and 12:14 local time. Power was cut completely to 154 settlements and partly to 21 others. Utility crews were working to restore supplies. The facility was not identified.
