Saudi Aramco shut its 400,000-barrel-per-day Jazan refinery on 27 July after the Houthi strike damaged the IGCC complex and tank farm, with a consultancy note seen by Reuters saying repairs and a tentative restart were targeted by about 15 August.

Multiple outlets including Reuters (relayed 28 July in energy coverage) and BOE Report cited an IIR consultancy note that Aramco took Jazan offline on 27 July following the 25 July Houthi attack package against Aramco sites in Jazan and Yanbu. Damage was described at the Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle unit and tank-farm area. Aramco did not immediately confirm publicly. This is the industrial-outage follow-up to the kinetic claim already recorded for 25 July, not a second attack night.
