Houthi-run Al-Masirah and Quds News Network reported on 10 October 2026 that an Israeli strike hit a civilian gathering in the Remal / western Gaza City area. Al-Masirah said at least four Palestinians were killed and more than seven injured. A later Quds News Network post said at least five Palestinians were killed and others injured in a strike on a civilian gathering in western Gaza City the same afternoon. Because the fatality tallies differ (4 vs at least 5) and are not independently reconciled, this revision keeps Al-Masirah's four as the impact estimate and records Quds' at-least-five figure as an attributed claim — they are not combined upward.
