Britain said it would hand Ukraine intellectual-property rights to the Stone Cloak electronic-warfare system so Kyiv can mass-produce and adapt the drone-protection jammers, announced during President Zelenskyy’s meeting with Prime Minister Andy Burnham.

Kyiv Post, Ukrainska Pravda and United24 reported the 27 July 2026 announcement at Portsmouth that the UK would transfer Stone Cloak IP/production rights rather than only finished units. The system is described as compact EW to reduce drone detectability by Russian air defences. The United Kingdom is not a seeded Ukraine–Russia theatre actor; participants are limited to Ukraine (capability gain) and Russia (affected adversary).
