Finland announces locomotives and new energy and humanitarian support for Ukraine

Speaking in Kyiv on Thursday, Petteri Orpo said Finland would transfer ten locomotives to Ukraine and had decided on EUR 5 million for the Ukraine Energy Support Fund and EUR 2 million in humanitarian winter aid. He also described planned mobile heating units and further infrastructure support. The announcement does not establish delivery of those items.
