Around 22:20 Kyiv time on 13 September 2026 Russian forces dropped two FAB-250 aerial bombs with UMPK guidance modules on Izium, Kharkiv Oblast, hitting the Nyzhnie misto (Lower Town) private sector, Izium City Military Administration said as carried by Antikor; Kharkiv regional prosecutors later confirmed the munition type via Objectiv.TV. Three civilians were injured: a 56-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman and her two-month-old daughter, who suffered an acute stress reaction, prosecutors and Kharkiv OVA head Oleh Syniehubov said (Ukrainska Pravda, RBC-Ukraine, Mezha, Ukrinform). Early MVA counts noted more than ten houses damaged and fires; Syniehubov later reported four private homes destroyed and five more damaged plus passenger cars.
