The Jerusalem Post, citing a source familiar with the matter, said Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked a U.S. military base in Kuwait with at least three drones late on 3 August into 4 August UTC. Open-source accounts reported explosions and a night glow near Al Doha in northern Kuwait; Iranian state media relayed Arab-media claims of explosions and fire. No Kuwait Army, KUNA, or CENTCOM confirmation of an impact or interception was available at packaging.
Packaging window: ~23:00 UTC 3 August through early 4 August 2026. Jerusalem Post (Esther Davis, Amichai Stein; updated 4 August) reported an anonymous source confirming an IRGC drone attack on a U.S. base in Kuwait with at least three drones. OSINT aggregators (Osint613, WarMonitor) posted contemporaneous reports of explosions at Al Doha military base in northern Kuwait and a short night-glow video; Tasnim and IRIB relayed Arab-media claims of explosions in the Kuwait–Basra arc and a large fire. Distinct from the 1 August Bubiyan intercept package already in corpus. Kuwait Army had separately announced live-fire drills at Al-Abraq for daytime 4–5 August—those are not treated as an explanation of the overnight reports, but host-nation military confirmation of this strike remains absent. Kuwait is not a seeded theatre actor; participants are Iran (claimed initiator) and the United States (claimed target / host-nation basing party). No independent BDA, casualty figure, or named unit/base beyond Al Doha OSINT labelling is asserted here.
Verification: Probable
