On the morning of 6 September 2026, an Israeli airstrike destroyed a house in Arab Salim (Arabsalim), Nabatieh district, southern Lebanon, killing two women and wounding six people including two girls, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health emergency operations center as reported by Anadolu Agency, France 24 (with AFP), Kuwait Times/KUNA, and Arab News. Lebanon’s National News Agency identified the dead women as Basima Haidar Hassan, daughter of the late Haidar Hassan, and Israa Bahja, and said warplanes struck the house in a densely populated neighborhood after an Israeli evacuation warning for a different building the military identified as a Hezbollah facility; NNA said the warned multi-story villa belonging to Mohammad Haidar was struck afterward. The ministry’s Sunday preliminary across Nabatieh district also counted two killed in Nabatieh al-Fawqa and injuries in Nabatieh’s Al-Rahibat neighborhood and Kfar Rumman; those sites are not re-counted in this Arab Salim atomic.

NNA names the dead as Basima Haidar Hassan and Israa Bahja and describes a house strike after an IDF evacuation notice for a separate Mohammad Haidar villa labeled a Hezbollah facility; the warned building was later struck. Exact house coordinates unpublished; town-level point. Do not conflate with Nabatieh al-Fawqa two killed (separate atomic) or Friday Kfar Rumman motorcycle / Ramadiyah house events.
