Israeli strikes killed at least four people in Gaza on Monday, including two children, hospital officials said. A strike on a building in Bureij refugee camp killed a 4-year-old boy whose family could not flee in time; the Israeli military said it struck Hamas weapons storage facilities in mosques after warnings.
