Sloviansk city military administration head Vadym Liakh said, according to Suspilne Donbas, that a FAB-250 aerial bomb was used; the point was destroyed, five neighbouring multi-storey buildings were damaged and eight people were injured. Ukrinform first reported the attack as shelling of points of invincibility in Sloviansk with civilians injured. Euromaidan Press, citing the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, separately reported at least one person killed and eight injured in two Russian strikes on Sloviansk that day; the sources reviewed do not say the death occurred at the point of invincibility. Suspilne Donbas later reported, citing the Ukrainian Red Cross, that three Red Cross representatives who worked at a point inside the destroyed building were among those injured.
