On the evening of 19 September 2026, a Russian drone attack struck Hlevakha (Глеваха) in Fastiv district, Kyiv Oblast, killing a 39-year-old woman and two children — a 2-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl — and injuring another woman, the National Police said via The Kyiv Independent (~23:59 Kyiv / ~20:59 UTC; X 21:24 UTC). Police have not confirmed whether the girl was also the woman’s daughter. Earlier the same evening, Kyiv OVA head Tymur Tkachenko said via Telegram (Censor.NET 22:12 Kyiv / 19:12 UTC; Ukrinform 22:37 Kyiv / 19:37 UTC) that a mother and two young children (girl and boy) were killed in Fastiv district without naming the settlement; homes and a vehicle were damaged and a house fire extinguished. Distinct from other same-day Fastiv property-only reports and from LIVE Shostka/Dnipro/Vyshhorod/Nikopol events.
