On 4 October Iran's state news agency IRNA posted twice. At about 09:55 UTC it headlined that Iran will deliver additional points on the US counter-proposal, linking to en.irna.ir. At about 13:50 UTC IRNA quoted deputy foreign minister Kazem Gharibabadi: the proposal tabled by foreign minister Abbas Araghchi in New York is the same as Iran's seven-day plan; the Americans have conveyed their views on that proposal through intermediaries and those views are being examined domestically and through the relevant channel; action will be taken through the appropriate means once the Islamic Republic's final views are ready, while Iran is also making the necessary preparations for any other scenario. The direct text of the US counter-proposal remains unpublished and the cited materials do not allow it to be corroborated.

Evidence: IRNA: Iran to deliver additional points on US counter-proposal, IRNA: Gharibabadi on the US response to Iran's seven-day plan

Reported through two IRNA posts. The article the first post links to could not be read in full, so that first point rests on the post's headline alone. The cited materials do not allow the US counter-proposal to be corroborated, and no US confirmation of these remarks was found.
