Overnight into Saturday 3 October 2026 Russian forces struck a downtown Dnipro business center with an attack drone, igniting the roof, the same center hit earlier in the week on 28 September. Dnipropetrovsk regional administration head Oleksandr Hanzha, via Interfax-Ukraine and Censor.NET, said State Emergency Service crews localized the rooftop fire and preliminarily reported no casualties. Mayor Borys Filatov, via Censor.NET, said debris also fell on the city-council parking lot. The strike is separate from the evening 2 October apartment-building drone strike elsewhere in the city, which injured four women and required six people to be rescued.
